When you check service availability or complete our questionnaire, we collect:

  • Your first and last name, email address, and phone number;
  • Details about your project, such as the type of service you need, its scope, and your timing;
  • Your consent choices, including the date and time you gave consent and the wording you agreed to.

We save your answers as you move through the questionnaire, so we may receive some of this information even if you do not finish every step.

If you contact us by phone, email, or text message, we also keep a record of that communication.

Information collected automatically

When you use the Site, we automatically receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the page that referred you to the Site, and the date and time of your visit.

We use cookies and similar technologies that are needed for the Site to work and to keep it secure. We do not use them to build advertising profiles.

We share your information only with the service professionals in our network, and only so they can review, quote, and carry out the project you asked about. The professional who receives your request may contact you directly about that project.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with other companies for their own marketing, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We may also disclose information:

  • To companies that provide services to us, such as hosting and text messaging. They may use it only to perform those services for us;
  • When required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of House Fix Team, our users, or others;
  • As part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to this policy.

4. How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as we need it to handle your request, maintain our business records, keep proof of consent, resolve disputes, and meet our legal obligations. After that, we delete it or make it anonymous.
